We made separate dinning and bowling reservations. Both at 7pm for a date in May. How does this work exactly? Will they put us at a lane and we bowl while we eat (which is what we want)?

The Splitsville website says if you want to eat and bowl at the same time, a separate dining reservation is not needed because a booth is part of the lane rental.

I read that but it seems confusing. Why would I need dinning and bowling reservations? Do people go there just to eat?

Yes. You only need separate dining reservations if you want to eat before or after your allotted bowling time or you are not bowling at all.

all bowling lanes come with a booth and wait staff. There is a separate restaurant where people go just to eat or I suppose to eat before or after bowling. You don’t need a dining reservation if you want to eat while you are bowling.

II can attest to this as we have eaten there several times in the past and have yet to be disappointed. in fact we plan on going back during our upcoming June trip.

I have eaten there many times and never bowled. The restaurant is huge and most tables are not associated with the bowling.
