Hi. I would like to make ressies for a very busy time at Spitsville for my family of four, kids are 18 and 22. It looks like I can do ADRs for dining but then how do I make the bowling reservation? We are there day after Christmas for a week and staying at SSR so Im trying to have us at DTD in the evenings so we dont have to rely on busses during this very busy time and I think it will be fun for the four of us. Thanks.

Splitsville does not take reservations for bowling, it is generally walk-up only. You can book Priority Bowling for your party, it is a little more expensive but you can schedule a time for a lane. We have done this twice when we wanted to bowl on Christmas Day.

If you look at their website you can see the prices for Priority Bowling.

Thank you. Ill look tomorrow at work. Do I book the lane at 180 days like an ADR? I would like to bowl first and then eat and think this will be a good way to pass and spend some time with our kids.

I'm not sure how far in advance they take reservations but you can email them or call. It's almost like booking a private party. You tell them how many in your party and what date and time and they send you a "contract" to sign. It's been over a year since we have used priority bowling.

Christmas time might be more crowded but if you are going during the day generally you can get a lane pretty quick, at night is when they get really busy. We were there on Jan 1st around 6pm and had to wait about an hour for a lane. A table was available so we ate first and as we were getting done a lane came available. We are going in June and have an ADR booked at 6:30pm so we will request a lane when we get there and wait if we need too. If you definitely want a lane and don't mind the extra cost then I would go the priority bowling route. This is what we did for the 2 times we went on Christmas Day.

You can also eat while you bowl which is what we have done every time we have done priority bowling but a few in our group get a little freaked out about germs(think bowling balls and hands) so we have decided to eat first then bowl this time.

Splitsville has become a must do for us.

Does anyone know how much it costs to bowl, and can you use Magicbands and/or Disney gift cards?

Here is the link to their website. It is $15-$20 per person depending on when you go. I think they also have an early bird special on some days.

One heads up - make sure you take socks or you will have to buy them there. :teeth:

Thank you very much. I will do the priority bowling. I'll call and find out and report back. Thanks.

You can make bowling reservations in advance, but it is more expensive than making them same day.
