Spliting-up 168 pts. contract at BLT if non DVC member

Other than the 100 pt new buy in option currently available. It's certainly not viable to buy new with the idea of reselling soon or even doing that with resale for that matter. But maybe you have a family or friends where there are two potential buyers. One buys, adds on the transfers one contract to the other party.

Yes as a matter of fact that's what I wanted to do, but they don't want 160pt either. They only want 56-79. Hence the question can I purchase a 1st time original master contract as a current non-DVC member of 168pts. and split it into three 56pts. so I can sell them part of it next year. Then later I can add-on at the other resort I want(BWV).

As noted in this thread this is not an option other than some very wierd situations and resale. And those things you're looking at (small contracts at high demand resorts) demand a premium per point cost plus you have closing costs (more than DVC). There's no free lunch, the choices are what they are. One choses one of the options available, one of which is not to buy, at least currently.
