Split stays

How can I make this easy for my family? I have a split stay in early December. 2 nights at Poly and 3 nights at AKL. I won't have a car. What's the best way to get to AKL from Poly. THanks

Send your larger pieces of luggage with bell services. Take your personal items with you, hop the monorail to MK, or the GF/Poly to MK boat (might be cold in December), or walk to TTC and take a boat or monorail to the MK and transfer to the AKL bus. Or, if you don't mind spending a few dollars, hop in a taxi.

It is very easy. Call the night before and schedule a pick up time for bell services to get your luggage. The night before just have mostly everything packed, so you can get ready and pack your final items in the morning. They will come in the morning - say you arrange for 8am pick up. Then once they have your luggage - head off to the parks for the day. Make sure you keep any essentials - meds etc that you need to have access to. Your luggage will be at your new resort in the afternoon (maybe after 3pm -I can't remember the time frame) Your room likely won't be ready until after 4pm, so you could just plan on taking the bus from the park to AKV after 4pm to check in.

One thing about a split stay is that you can sometimes add the dining plan on for your first couple of days -- thus using for more expensive character meals and getting the refillable mug for your entire trip.

We have used Uber a few times.

We had a split stay in June and just Ubered from AKL to BLT. It was easy and not much $$. Then we knew are bags were there and available if we wanted them earlier than they would get there from Bell services and in case our room was ready early.

When we've split stays. We send everything though Bell Services.
Then go to a park like usual. Take the bus to the resort when done at park and/or room is ready.
Always very easy.
Get to your room, call Bell Services and have your things brought to your room
