Split Stay Question

I am doing a split stay this October between AKV and CCV. I am thinking of changing my park days around and may be in the parks on check out/check in day. If I do online check-in at CCV, is there a reason I would need to go to the resort before my room is ready? Won't I get a text telling me my room is ready, and then I can go straight to my room?

If you do online check in then yes, you will get a text telling you your room is ready along with your room number. theres no need to go to resort before your room is ready unless you want to hang out at the resort.

for split stays, the morning of - I call bell services and have them come pick up my bags and have them transferred to the new resort im checking in to. I go to the parks for the day and come back at night and go to my new room and call bell services again to send up my bags
