Split Stay Question - BC-CL to BLT, can I use CL and BLT at the same time?

So...we are staying at BC-CL for 2 nights in December before a big group family stay at BLT. I know that CL privlidges are good until midnight of the day that you check out, but if I drive over to BLT at 7am and check-in (make sure everything is in order for group), can I still have active room/access to our BC room (until checkout) and until midnight for CL?

Depending on the weather, we may want to swim at SAB that day, so popping up to CL for a snack appeals to us, before heading back over to BLT for the night.

We purchased our park tickets from a Disney store (using gift cards) before the prices went up earlier this year...so theoretically, they could be separate from the room key/access. We also plan to move our own bags since we will have a car.

Can I do this? When you resort hop, and check in early, do you have 2 separate active keys? The trip is in Dec, so also wondering about the magic bands. Hmmm...

Any similar experiences moving from CL to a non-CL room in the same trip.

Yes. You would still have access to CL and SAB on your BC checkout day.

I do not think you could have both rooms. Last split they had to make sure my previous room was checked out when checking in. CL/pool not affected.
