Split stay question about dp

We are staying 1 night at Pop Century with no dining plan, then moving to Yacht Club with the dining plan. My question is, when does the dining plan start? First thing that morning or after we check in at Yacht Club? Thanks for any help.

It shouldn't, but if you try to use it and they say they don't see the DDP, just charge it to your room and have guest services at Yacht Club fix it later.
