Split stay - moving groceries?

Hi - it was said on another thread that bell services will no longer move groceries from one resort to another in the case of a split stay (they will only move luggage). Can someone confirm this and share your experience? If I pack up groceries in reusable grocery tote bags (that aren't much different from regular tote bags), I can't imagine Disney pushing back on this as they put everything on a bell cart for us. Is this true? Do I need to bring another collapsible suitcase/bag to pack the groceries?

Bell Services will not transport medications or items that require refrigeration. AFAIK, they will transport other grocery items with you luggage

This was confirmed by Disney's Disability services line for us a few weeks ago. I know phone cast members can have bad info, but that's not usually true with the disability services number in our experience. You have to move any refrigerated item yourself, but they will store it.
