Split stay - did I do it right?

I just booked a split stay for 12/20 - 12/28 2019. Me, DH, DS 12 and DD 10

Contemporary MYW 9 day tix - 12/20 - 12/23
BC Room Only 12/23 - 12/28

Did I do this correctly? My tix on MDE app say they expire 12/23 but they are definitely 9 day tix activated on 12/20.

Also, will I regret doing a split stay???? I know you can't really answer that. LOL. I thought it was a good idea for the busiest week of the year to try and limit the need for bus transportation. Does this make sense? Or am I adding an unnecessary hassle?

Thanks for your help!

Yes, you did it right. I think you have a good plan. I would just make sure you get your MK touring in while you are at CR and your EP/DHS touring in when you are at BC. AK will require a bus either way. Limiting bus transportation that week is a good strategy. Split stays aren't difficult at all, IMHO.

Thank you! Yes, my plan was MK/AK while at Contemporary and Epcot/DHS and maybe AK if needed while at BC.

Love...love...love split stays! We do it all the time!

Definitely get in all your MK time while you are staying at CR! Also, it will be a great place to be to tour the other monorail loop resorts and all their holiday decorations! Don't forget there is a ferry boat from the Contemporary to Fort Wilderness and the Wilderness Lodge! These are both great places to explore on a non-park day!

Have a great trip and happy planning!
