Split stay ADRs

I thought I was supposed to be able to make ADRs for 10 days of our trip, even with a split stay. Today should be my ADR day, but I cannot make ADRs past the last day of our first hotel stay, which is 5 days. Am I misinformed?

I experienced this same thing earlier this month when making my reservations. There is another thread on this topic and someone said that she thought she heard or read it used to be that way and was changed. I had the same feeling; I was surprised when I couldn't do it, b/c I could've sworn I did all mine when I had a split stay before. It's frustrating, I know...

Well, that's not cool. I wanted a Be Our Guest dinner reservation on day 2 of our 2nd hotel stay. I guess I better do some rearranging of my plans because I'm thinking that's so not going to happen now.

It's 180+ length of stay. If you have a split stay, you'll have two 180s. I've seen some people in FB groups arguing this is not the case, but I had a split stay back in 2014 and I could not book a thing for the second portion of my trip until I hit that 180 mark. I called to confirm and both someone on the dining side and resorts side confirmed that it's because I was working with dual 180s and the +10 was changed to length of stay for anyone staying less than 10 days on a reservation number.

Is it the same with FP+, too?

No...FP+ still lets you do it for your entire stay, regardless of if you are on a split stay or not. Another reason it's confusing and doesn't really make sense...
