split stay, 2 dining plans

Hi, bit of an odd situation. we have a split stay coming up (1 night and then moving for 2 nights). I'm considering adding qs do the first night and deluxe the last 2. How can I make sure the credits are deducted from the right plan (ex lunch at BOG) on the 1 overlap day? Do I have to not do the online check-in or can the restaurant choose, anyone know? Thanks!

Deferring the check-in might help, but if you want to use credits from the second plan before you get to the resort to check in, that could be a problem.

You'll have to tell them, when you pay, to be sure they deduct the credits from your first stay's account. I'm also not sure if you can use the second plan without checking in at the resort. You could if it wasn't a split stay.
