Splash pools?

We are considering for our next trip renting a condo/town home with a splash pool. There is only 3 of us. DH, myself and our 18 DD (who has autism). The private swimming area would be a huge benefit for her. It looks like the only places that have a splash pool are 3 bedrooms?
What's the difference in price from a 2 bedroom vs 3 bedroom?

Any suggestions?

Most times, very little. On our first stay, we also started looking at 2 bedrooms too because there are only 3 of us, but quickly realized that most of the 3 bedrooms were coming in either very close and many times less than the 2 bedrooms. I would just settle on getting the 3 bedroom townhouse and start looking at prices Save yourself a little time.

You won't find 2 bedroom townhouses with splash pools. You can get 2 or more bedroom condos but they are on one level in multi level buildings. They don't have splash pools.
The townhouses are usually 2 floors. The Windsor Hills townhouses have two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs and a private splash pool.
Windsor Palms has the same type of townhouses but I don't think all of them have splash pools.
Encantada has 3 bedroom townhouses with splash pools and 4 bedroom townhouses with bigger pools.
Paradise Palms also has splash pools at their townhouses.

When my husband and I rent a condo or a townhome just for the two of us, we look at both the 2 and 3 bedroom places. There seems to be a whole lot more of 3 bedrooms than 2 bedrooms. We like two bathrooms, even though just the two of us. We would choose either, depending on location, amenities, and of course what is economical for the two of us.

Also, just another note, 3 bedrooms usually have more living space so have to take that into consideration.

Go to the Floridays website and look there. They have the best rates on Travelocity right now. There is a splash pad with two and three bedroom condos.
