Took me 2 days to get it cancelled, and they gave me a voucher, My CC company said if they go out of business i can dispute the charges. otherwise, i will have money to use on a future flight. after that, i will NEVER use spirit again.

PLEASE REVERSE ALL SPIRIT CHarges with your credit card. The customer service is so bad they never pick up the phone when the credit card issuer calls them and you get an instant credit!
