SPIRIT goes cashless

Passengers on SPIRIT won't need cash for drinks and snacks. SPIRIT is introducing wireless credit card scanners inflight. Supposedly it will keep better track of inventory and can track fliers purchases.

I am going to miss that all call, "If anyone has change for a twenty, please ring your flight attendant button."

Air Tran strictly uses credit cards, they do not accept cash.
