I started crying while doing mine! Then again, I'm under a lot of stress...

My spirit animal was a bear, a brown bear. My spirit guide was a tall woman with curly hair...brown with blonde highlights...name was Isabelle? Annabelle? Something with a Belle...she told me "you ARE loved".

I got to just before the Spirit Guide part, and then the video stopped working. But my spirit guide was a cheetah or a leopard, I couldn't tell which, but since I kept thinking cheetah, I'll go with that.
