I've been checking rates for trip next spring and they have the best rates at this time but I don't know anyone who has used them. Can anybody help?

In other words, you get what you pay for. Lotsa budget travelers which can mean some families with noisy kids. Bring your own food and don't expect the tidiest of cabins. The flights I took were generally on time.
