I haven't flown Spirit in several years. I see they now charge to use their customer service for checkin, unless you do self serve. Our group of three has one bag to check. Can just one go to the customer service check in podium and the rest do self serve? Will they charge to use their customer service agent if you are paying already to check a bag?

I always fly Spirit and here is what we do. You are charged if you go to the check in counter to have a boarding pass printed for you. I always go to the concierge of the hotel and have them print out my boarding passes the night before. You still have to go to the counter to check your bags but if you had already paid for those bags, there will be no additional charge.

Great thanks. I was hoping something like that could be done.
