Spilt staymagicband/ ticket question

We booked a spilt stay at AKL (package with tickets) and transfer over to beach club room only. Do I I need to get magicbands for both reservations or can the front desk activate the same band (with my tickets) at BC? TIA

Your tickets are in your MDE account, not on your MB. Each MB acts like a key to your MDE account and they are all clones of each other. You don’t need to “activate” your MB at your second resort.
