And let's not forget about the Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my !![]()
because i hate sand and grit in my camper i (on my first FW camping trip) left our shoes outside the camper door. (under the awning, so they would not get wet if it rained)......a nice big hairy spider did take up overnight residence in my shoe.
KEEP YOUR SHOES INSIDE!!!!
other than that you should be fine. really, i haven't seen more than that one over the years.
All the years that I've been going to ther Fort (many times) I have only seen one snake,,now that ain't to say others haven't seen them,,but I only once.
They help to keep down the rodent population,,
and I've heard they are pretty tasty.
Well, those snakes are doing a pretty lousy job since there are two very large mice and two oversized chipmunks running around the place.
We have camel spiders here in afghanistan at my base. They are pretty crazy.
