Spiderman rider swap for kid?

My son is tall enough for Spiderman but didn't like it before and won't do it again. My question is can all 4 of us walk through the Express Entry and he and I wait while my sister and nephew go and then my nephew can go on with me again? Like baby swap at Disney but he's 48" lol. Or do I need to wait outside with him?
