Not actual meals, but if you want him to meet him (my 3 year old LOVES Spidey) at the Marvel alterniverse store there is a room in the back where Spiderman hangs out and you can go there to take pictures and get autographs.
Make sure to go. It's great. My son had about 10 minutes with him as no one else was there.
