Spicy Ginger Dressing from Earl of Sandwich?

Anyone have the recipe for this? We just got back from a trip and had the salad there twice with this spicy ginger dressing and it was delicious! It has a creamy looking base to it, not oil, and I wonder if it has wasabi in it as it has a bit of a bite. I would really love to make this, but all the ones I find on google have an oil base.
