Spice Road Table- Baked Brie

We ate here last year and fell in love with the baked brie! I tried re-creating it at home with an orange marmalade thinking this was what was on top but don't think it is.

Does anyone know whats on top, the menus I have found just say Baked Brie with rosemary croutons????

We love it, too. If you figure out a way to make it, I'd love to hear about it.
I'm thinking maybe it's apricot. That's what it tasted like to me.
