Spending money

Im going to dlp on 22nd september for 2 nights staying at the santa fe. There is myslef, my husband, 7 year old son and 2 year old son and i would like some advice on how much spending money i should take.

that is such a hard Q as everyone will be different !

depending on your shopping habits where you like to eat etc

Im taking just under 600 Euros for a 5 day trip for myself and my DD, so as Rachie said it depends on your spending habits.

I think £100 per day is not unreasonable - but I guess this depends on where you eat etc. And saying that - I haven't even been yet We plan on doing a few character meals etc and they do push the prices up somewhat by the looks of it!

It also depends on whether you plan on doing much shopping - guess this could go on a card though

If you haven't booked the half board option already, I'd suggest you have a look at http://www.dlpfoodguide.com/index.php
All the restaurants, menus & prices are listed on there, even if some are out of date it will give you an idea of the sort of money you need for food. The breakfast selection is very good, I encourage everyone to eat well at breakfast, we normally manage then with cereal bars, fruit etc, that I've taken with us or we might buy crisps or something in the park and then tend to have a table service meal later in the day. You might want to consider one of the character meals, great fun and will guarantee that your children get some individual time with the characters.
You will more than likely need to budget something for souveniers, there's so much there it's impossible not to.
