Spending 2 nights in Paris, any ideas for nice hotel?

We're planning surprise 40th anniversary gift for my parents by sending them to DLP end of this summer. I'm looking for hotel recommendations in center of Paris for 2 nights, the rest will be right on-site. Preferably 4 or 5 star hotel. Any extra suggestions would be appreciated.
