Speculation on where the Plaza ressies went?

I have been trying for the last 2 days to get a dinner ressie for the Plaza on 12/03. The latest one available is at 3:15p.m. We plan to attend MVMCP that evening and would like to get an early dinner at the Plaza instead of CS. It would have to be after 4 since we do not have park tickets for this day.
I have found the Plaza ressies to be plentiful for other times so I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it being a party night. I also have asked 2 different CMs if they do not do dinner on party nights or if they only offer ressies for hard ticket holders. Both CMs said they do not know, that the system says there are no ressies available.
Any ideas on if we will be able to walk up and eat at the Plaza since we will have party tickets for that night?

I booked some ADRs today and my Plaza ressie didn't go through with the others. I tried again and managed to get it at 4:50 pm on our MVMCP night.

It's possible the restaurant may be hosting a party or private event.

I have a noontime ADR for 12/3 so they are definitely open that day. Perhaps lots of others had the same idea you did and are going to MVMCP that night as well. It's a very small restaurant so there aren't a lot of ADRs to be had in the first place.

I'd definitely keep trying back. Hopefully something will open up for you.

Right before and during ticketed events several TS and CS restaurants may not be open. We were surprised at how many places were closed during MNSSHP.

If you look at the DIS link about the party, it lists what was open last year at the bottom of the page. Looks like last year, the Plaza wasnt' open.

I hope you can get an answer and get reservations for the Plaza. Their milkshakes are the bomb!

Thanks for the link. We were actually hoping for a 4:30 or 5:00 ADR but it isn't to be found yet. I'll keep looking.
