SpectroMagic is the light show/parade every night, correct? What are the show times for this? How early should we arrive so that we have good visability?

My fiance' had brought this up to me last night that he really wants to see the lightshow/parade down mainstreet. I was quite shocked he actually said he wanted to see something in particular so it's important I find out all this information and make sure we get to see it.

I'd love some info on this too...I had this confused with something else and just last night realized it was a 'parade'....:~)

It is a parade and a great one at that. It travels the same route as other parades so find a spot along there. It usually is at 9pm and if there is a second parade that one is usually at 11pm. The later parade is less crowded.

We usually grab a spot an hour ahead and grab an hot fudge sundae to eat while waiting. Main St fills up fast so if you see a curb spot..grab it.

Great, so things haven't changed much since I last was there. I had no idea that there may be a later one. I will have to look into that. Being as how we are staying in the resort, it will be more beneficial for us if we waited for the later one. Hm....

Spectromagic is not shown every night. It depends on the season and crowd levels. Click on the link for park hours at the top of this page and it will give you the park hours and the times of the parades. You will have to wait until it is closer to the date to get the actual hours but you can get an idea of what they were last year.

Spectromagic does not happen nightly, especially during less busy times. For instance during May it isn't offered on nights the park is open until 9:00, once (at 9:00) when the park is open until 10:00 and twice (at 9:00 & 11:00) when the park is open until 11:00. HTH
