Spectromagic and Fantasy in the Sky May 6 and 10th

I just called Disney to confirm MK hours for May 2-11. They confirmed that on May 6 and 10 there will be Spectromagic and Fantasy in the Sky fireworks. . May 2-5 and May 7-9 the MK is open 9-7, May 10 is 9-9. I hope this helps!

I posted this on another thread regarding May hours responses but thought I'd put it here in case people didn't see that thread. Also, this information isn't on the official Disney website so I called back to make sure and the CM confirmed the information.

Yahoo!....I think. What exactly am I supposed to do when that messes everything up? We're not resort guests and so had not planned on doing MK that day, although our CRT breakfast is scheduled that morning. We had planned on MK on the 5th and Epcot the 6th and have PS for dinner in Germany. So now...

Do we do major park hopping those two days - is it realy worth it or should I pretend I didn't read this post and skip spectro altogether? This could involve switching/giving up a CP lunch and a Biergarten dinner (which is strictly to please my DH...the only thing he's excited about!!)

HELP! If you can make sense of my ramblings, that is. I guess the big question is...is spectro worth changing all our plans and possibly losing several PS, or should we just skip the thing and hope for a future trip? THANKS and hooray for all the folks who will get to see spectro now!!
