Well if your flight gets it at 1:30- you'll probably end up to your hotel around 3:30- but could be later if thigns run behind.
Is Spectro at 9 that nite? It's not always at the same time.
If it is at 9- then you'll want to most likely be in Magic Kingdom and aiming to be done with dinner by around 8- that way if things run late, you'll still be alright.
So if you're eating at the park- you'll want a 6:30ish reservation, and if you're eating at a resort, you'll want it to be around 5:30 or 6.
Ohana and Crystal Palace are both great choices- and if you really want characters- Pooh and Tigger are great at Crystal Palace!
