Spectro at 6pm, HDDR at 7:15

The only day we can see Spectro would be November 4th at 6pm, but we have PS for HDDR at 7:15pm. Will we make it from MK to FW in time?

I think you will be cutting it very very close.

You'd want to get to HDDR by 7:00p and need time to travel there.

How will you get there? Walk to Contemporary and take the boat? Take the monorail to Cont and take the boat? Take the bus from MK to WL?

Travel time will be at the very least 1/2 hour but may be longer.

When Spectro was done, we had a 1/2 hour between the end of Spectro (started at 8:30p) and the start of Wishes (started at 9:30p) so I guess that means the parade was about 1/2 hour??

That means your parade will be done by 6:30p so that gives you 1/2 hour to travel.

I don't think I'd chance it.

That would be cutting it way close! We were/are having the same type of concern. The only night for us to see Spectro is on Oct. 9th, we are staying at the Poly and are wondering if we can make it back to the resort to watch Wishes and the water parade from the beach as I am not sure we will have another chance to see these 2 from the Poly.

All right every buddy......lets problem solve this for Deanna.

You could call and see if you could switch you HDDR ressie to the late show and than have a small snack to hold everyone over til dinner while waiting for Spectro to start.

I think you should have no problems getting to HDDR by 7:00.

Spectro runs 6:00-6:20, get a seat at the beginning of the parade so you can leave early. Take the boat right to Fort Wilderness, hopefully you don't have to wait more than 10 minutes. Even if you do, I still think you'll make it!!

Boy, you guys are quick. I can't switch to late show b/c DS (19 months would never last). I've already tried switching HDDR to another night and am waitlisted for a couple of nights.

Thanks for your help. If a waitlist doesn't come through, we may have to miss Spectro this time.
