if you look at the parking lot above the CR. The road is pluto park ln.
It looks like the dumping place for all the old water mice and the subs from 20,000.
If I only had a security pass and a flat bed truck.

Dan - Thank you so much for these photos! I've been looking on the Boards all day long trying to find all the photos I could of Splash Mountain (since I worked there for 4 months on the Disney College Program) to put together my scrapbook and these are by far the best pictures!
Just to let you, and everyone else know - the first photo you have of Splash you'll notice a square pool type area... That's the reservoir for Splash! Pretty creepy huh? I used to get so scared if I had to run around that thing during my shifts. If you want to know where it is in relation to when you're on the ride - right before you go up the big lift (which in CM terms is C-Lift) you may notice a door on the right hand side. Once you go out that door the reservoir is right there! And on your left hand side is another door which leads out to our Rear Storage area, which is right behind the place where you view your ride photos.
Easiest is to click on the 'aerial view' on the choices on the left. Then drag the view to the left a bit to get CR in center. Then zoom in with mouse wheel a bit. Then drag down a bit to see the reapir yard, near the top and left of Bay Lake. I do not think those boats are in the birds eye view, they are not the same images.
Switch to "Aeriel View". The parking area north east (near the tip of Bay Lake) is where they have dumped some boats (small world? and Speed boats?) and cars (speedway cars?). Maybe even some old signs near the trailers?
Once you zoom in you can switch back to Bird's Eye.
Also: If you view the north of the building where the Monorail is worked on you can see on of the christmass trees. It is to the left of the building in 6 parts. Big Tree
Wow! These pics are incredible! I didn't realize you could view the bird's eye view of the MK. For the past few months, I thought it was restricted. Thanks again!

That is the Christmas Shoppe. I saw that and it was part of the Chistmas Tour, a really neat tour. There are about 45 workers there, year round, working on all the Christmas decorations and displays, building, repairing, etc. In the month or so before the holiday season, as well as right after, there are a lot more CM's involved, putting it all up, then taking it all down. Very interesting.
