Specifics for Log In Troubles

Just an update I still cant get on
I Emailed Guest services and told them about the problem and that it wasn't just me that was having the issue. about an hour ago I got an Email saying They weren't open yet but they will be getting back to me soon lol

As with many of you I will be extremly upset if my account is removed. finding friends and losing all I have aquired will upset me to know end. I have sent email to disney but as of yet no reply. I sure hope this problem is fixed soon, but feel better knowing I am not alone.

I have 12 accounts now unable to log in including my three main ones.
I was on most of the day yesterday 5/5 with one or the other account unitl about 4pm EST. Then when I tried to log in about 7pm EST that is when I found I could not log in.
when i try to log in it just reboots the log in screen
i went to the page that you can retrieve your password and it worked-it sent my password to my account. but yet I still could not log in.
then I went to another disney site and it says login failed
yes I am still on peeps friend list

this has happened to me four times in the past and I have lost a total of 9 characters from these episodes. The first time I lost 4, the second I lost a new one a friend made me in WDW and the account I made to buy stuff for them while they were away, the third time I lost 1, and the last time I lost 2 again a new one made for me at WDW. This is getting to be a serious matter.

You know I wouldn't have to keep making accounts if they would quit stealing the few I had originally lol

This might be because of DMR, because on the rules of VMK it says
that using programs to generate multiple different codes for an item
will get you banned. I know none of you would do such a thing, but maybe since
you saved up codes and used them at once VMK thought you generated
a lot of codes yourself? And is checking the history of the codes right now?
Just a thought..

just wondering if this has anything to do with your service provider for you email. Like how many are hotmail or yahoo or global etc.

I got mine all fixed by calling the number in this post - http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=23028160&postcount=33

Had to call a few times and explain everything over and over, but was finally told that they know there is a problem and they fixed it right there on the phone.

If anyone is still having trouble signing in, please read this thread in its entirety. We have successfully made Disney.com's staff aware of the issue and they have taken steps to assist in getting those who were unjustifiably banned, re-instated.
