specific directions to print and transfer paper

Can someone please give me specific directions on how to take one of Kate's designs and print them? I will be using word. I just can't figure out how to get it to work. Also, I picked up Wilton iron on transfer paper today at Michael's. Does this transfer paper work well? If you've had a bad experience please let me know. Thanks!

Why not use paint? its simple and easy..

Goto the pic you want.. right click and click "save picture as"

then save it somewhere..

Open paint, click "file" then "open" goto where you saved it and bingo there it is..

Then click "file" and then "print" or print preview to make sure its set up right.
