Specific characters to dine with?

Is there a complete list of characters to dine with anywhere at the parks/resorts? The official website says spongebob and minions (I think) but is that all? Do any scooby characters show up?

We did the one in the park for breakfast in April and there was Gru, minion, SpongeBob, squidward, Dora, Diego, and E.B from Hop. Don't know about others, and would also like to know which ones are in other locations.

Thanks so much. It is funny how the WDW characters (dining, sightings, special events) seem so much better documented. I really just want to know the characters at the various character dining options so I can figure out if I should budget for them. My kiddos aren't really fans of Spongebob or Despicable Me or Hop for that matter. They LOVE Scooby but I assume that if we can spot them that they are limited to meet & greets only.

Anyhow, thanks for the reply and if anyone can point us in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

The resort hotels do character dinners.

The interaction with Scooby and Shaggy is always brilliant and a lot of fun, they spend a lot of time with each group.

Anyone can eat at the resort restaurants.

The character meals at the resorts are a lot of fun! We have done the one at the Kitchen Restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel numerous times. It has become a tradition for us. The staff is outstanding and they have one of the best burgers I have ever stuffed myself on!
Characters have included Scooby, Shaggy, Shrek, the Simpsons...One time Fiona was there, but haven't seen her in several years...kinda like Woody Woodpecker at Islands-no recent sightings.
The Cafe La Bamba breakfast at US is also pretty good.
