Specialty Coffee drink menu from Green Cabin Room

Does anyone have/know of a link with the Specailty Coffee Drinks menu from the Green Cabin Room at VB?

DW and I were there last February and enjoyed one.

I would like to suprise DW with one at home, but I don't remeber the name or ingredients.
