Hey there Disney friends, Walle and Eve here {or, David and Terri, or Topo and TMax}. We, or I should say TMax, is spending this morning, September 24th, in our Boulder Ridge one-bedroom making her amazing ‘Minnie’ sized cupcakes!
Since it is too hot to walk around and give them out to other Disney fans, we plan on spending time between 5 PM and 6 PM today near the awesome birdcage in the Boulder Ridge lobby to share them with anyone who comes by and tells us who their favorite Disney Character is.
Did I mention that they are the best cupcakes I have ever experienced? An added bonus is that they are vegan, and even though I am an omnivore I still think they are the best! You see, Terri got sick and tired of not having vegan desserts when we vacationed so she developed her own and she has perfected a vegan cupcake {note: not gluten-free}.
If you are in the area at that time, feel free to stop by and say hello to a wonderful culinary experience. The three flavors, while they last, are Orange Crush Root Beer Float Chocolate Peanut Butter
