Loving this advice! We are taking our twins to Disney for the first time in August and they will be 20 months old at that point. We are only booking one buffet meal per day (lots of character meals), mainly because ours aren't going to want to sit down for a long drawn-out meal.
I am planning to bring our Bumbleride Indie Twin stroller. I know it's big and bulky, but it steers on a dime and easily goes through doors. The seats have full reclines and the sunshades go all the way forward, which is great for sleeping. And in the end, it's what my kids are comfortable being in...which I think will be beneficial in the parks.
I'm also thinking about buying the little spray fans and putting Disney stickers on them with clips that will attach them to the stroller. That way, they can cool off and "play" with them.
Ours love music and dancing, so based on the advice already given...I may try to do Mickey's Backyard BBQ! Thanks!
