Hello: My wife and myself have spent many vacations here with our kids. It was my daughters favorite
place with many special memories. I know DisneyWorld is
a happy place but my dtr passed away at age 14 but when
we are at Disneyworld we feel part of her. We are getting
up in age and was wondering if there was someplace or
somehow in DisneyWorld that we could leave a memorial
to her.

I'm sorry...Disney does not allow any memorials to be left but what you could do is to find an area in the parks she really loved and say a little prayer in her honor. You would not be breaking any rules and no one would have to know except your family.

This way you can share her love of Disney with other precious children that may never get a chance to go otherwise, and help their families make the same kind of memories that you cherish.

I am so sorry for your loss.
My dh died in 2009, in 2010 almost a year later I took my three kids to Disney World for the first time, we had a special dinner and even quietly celebrated his birthday there. This year we are going back during his birthday and second year anniversary of his death. We plan to leave white stones from the beach where we used to live before he died. Each stone will have a message from each of us to my husband we are looking forward to finding a secret place to leave them in the Magic Kingdom so when we visit again in the future we can check to see if they are still there.
