I just wanted to say thanks very much to a very special DISer.....mamajoan. She saw one of my posts how it was too bad I couldn't go toTDS to get one of the special pins they were giving out on 9/11 and she went that day and told the CM where I was and how I couldn't get one and she gave Joan an extra one for me. I thought that was so sweet of Joan to think of me and go through the trouble of getting a pin and mailing it to a stranger. So Joan, if you are reading this, thanks for the pin and your sweet note, you are a gem.
I also wanted to mention that Teejay32 also offered to send me a pin (thank you), but since Joan had already gotten one and made arrangements to send it I told her to see if someone else could use it.
There are so many kind and wonderful people here on the DIS and I just wanted to say thanks!
