Thanks so much for helping me with our WDW planning! I do have another question-does anyone know the special reservation number you can call to request special rooms, refrig. etc. due to medical reasons? Thanks again!

Yes, if you look in the disABILITIES FAQs thread, you will find the phone number in the section about rooms.

I was able to make those requests when we made our reservation and they are listed on our email confirmation. You may not need to speak to someone "special". My 4yo son has autism, we requested a fridge and a 1st floor room.
