Special Rapunzel Tower Light-Up Moment

Has anyone seen this before? We were walking through the Fantasy Faire area to get to the Red Rose Tavern for dinner late last Wednesday. Then the Rapunzel tower began to light up and played the "Hair Healing" song. It was really a cool moment as we've never heard of it, much less seen it. I was able to snap a photo during the 20-30 seconds it was happening.

I'll need to do some research to catch it on video.

That's the thing. I remember looking down at my watch it the time was nothing significant. It wasn't on the half hour or quarter hour. It was 8:10 according to the iPhone timestamp. Park closed at 9 that night. Everyone seemed to be waiting for the second MSEP, so the area was quiet when I snapped it. Wish I could've got it on video.

When I was last there in October, it happened several times a night. I'm trying to remember the frequency...maybe once every 15 or 20 minutes, possibly longer? Definitely at least two or three times an hour because I grabbed a Dole Whip float, sat there eating it very slowly while reviewing my photos taken that day & I saw it twice during that time and I definitely stayed there much less than an hour. I went back the next day at a slightly later hour to sit & rest befor leaving the park for the day to walk back to my hotel, and I saw it again.
