It's got an opening in the front for port/tube access, the back is an overlapping design so it can be adjusted in a wheelchair, and the back is stretchy and opens as well. I've never seen a dress designed like this on the Disney site - it's about time, IMO. I know it won't meet all the needs out there, but it's a start?

They also have adaptive kids costumes with other themes - Buzz Lightyear and Incredibles 2, and wheelchair cover sets with Cinderella's Coach and Incredibles 2 themes.

The adaptive costumes come in multiple sizes (kids S, M, L, and XL).

That's so awesome! I do love how many more places are starting to finally make/sell adaptive clothes. Obviously everyone's needs vary, but it's nice to feel more included (and not always need to sew things myself!).
