Special offers - how often are they updated?

We are considering booking a last minute cruise out of NYC this fall, and a few already have special offers out.

Curious if they ever update the special offers - either adding more discounted cruises, or lowering the prices for IGT/OGT/VGT further?

The list is updated every Monday. Once a cruise is added though I have never seen the price drop again. Once you see one you want it is best to book immediately though if you are looking at resident or military specials because those are capped at a limited number of cabins.

There were some new offers today nothing new for New York, but some for New Orleans.

I actually think the New Orleans IGT/OGT/VGT were released on Saturday.
