I know this sounds crazy and gimmicky, but has anyone tried it? Is it healthy/safe? I am thinking that it could help me cut out cravings if all I eat for 2 meals is cereal. I do take a multi-vitamin every day. Any insight?

I am still debating. It sounds like a good idea, but I don't know if it will be "enough". Will I be full from one bowl of cereal for dinner or will I end up snacking
