Special Ideas for Honeymoon

Hello all!

I am going on my Disneymoon in 2 weeks time, and I was wondering if I should book anything to make it more 'exciting' than a regular trip.

We have already booked La Nouba, and a few nice restaurants. Any suggestions?

There are so many fun, exciting things to do at WDW! La Nouba is an awesome show! Make sure you get a Just Married! button either at the front desk when you check in or at any Guest Relations location. You'll get lots of little perks during your visit

If you're feeling adventurous, you can do parasailing on Bay Lake or other fun water sports.

You can go horseback riding at Fort Wilderness Resort's Tri-Circle-D Ranch or a horse-drawn carriage ride.

There are two miniature golf courses on the property - Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland.

You can do a dinner show like Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Fort Wilderness or Spirit of Aloha Luau at the Polynesian Resort.

You can reserve a private fireworks cruise.

Or, if you don't mind spoiling a little bit of the "magic," you can take one of the backstage tours like

You can do something simple like drink around the world at EPCOT (have an alcoholic drink at every country), or share the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at the Beach Club Resort.

The Boardwalk is a fun atmosphere in the evening with carnival games and "street" entertainment.

You can have a caricature done of you and your husband at I think any one of the parks but also Downtown Disney.

Not sure which resort you're going to, but we enjoyed the carriage ride through Port Orleans Riverside!

Be sure and grab a set of buttons at check-in! Hope you have a wonderful time!!

The best day of our honeymoon was the one where we had a "day off" from the parks-we slept in, had a breakfast ADR at Kona, explored the different resorts, spent several hours at Fort Wilderness renting a golf cart & exploring, went to a dinner show, relaxed in our amazing room at the Poly. I highly recommend at least one non-park day-you won't regret it!
