Special Effects Magic Bands

Where can I find a list of magic bands that offers special effects when scanned? Do the Halloween Magic Bands usually have these effects?

EDIT: It looks like they do, but only at the FP+ points at MK.

Usually they do. Most of the time it is only special edition/limited edition in the special box magicbands that do special effects. I have several magicbands that do it.

It depends. They should be year round but they don't always have the effects on. They also don't work at all parks. For example my Animal Kingdom 20th band only works at Animal Kingdom, same with Epcot bands at Epcot.
