Special Dining for Mother's Day?

We are planning a trip for May 2006 and will be there for Mother's Day. Since it will be the first for our family of four to go with Gma and Gpa I would like to do something special for Mother's Day. I know it's more than a year away, but I also know PS for a one day event goes VERY quick. Isn't there something special at EPCOT?

Below the EPCOT listing there are several other restaurants listed. So, do each of those restaurants listed on this site have Mother's day specials or just the one at EPCOT?

The other restaurants have special menus for Mother's Day. Translation: pretty much the same menu as usual with higher prices.

The brunch at Epcot is something special though.

Not only are they going to have an awesome brunch, (they actually use fresh grown spices and flowers grown in Epcot) They are going to have some special characters never been done at character dining before.( So I was told) They are going to be Super Heros.

My Mom surpised me by accepting to go on a weeks vacation ..... just us girls for the first 5 days (Me my lil and grandma) So I am going to take her to the Epcot brunch.
