Special dining experiences

If a date for a special dining experience is greyed out, does that mean the dining experience is unavailable that day? Or is there a chance that it is entirely booked that day? I know with a regular dining reservation if it is entirely booked, it is still possible to select the day/time before it says nothing is available.

The one in question is the Perfectly Princess Tea Party. I cane see that it is offered the first two Wednesdays in July. The last two are grey.

I have emailed Disney, but they are slow at responding. I thought someone here might have an idea.

Not booked. Either it is not happening on that date or they did not open reservations yet. That happened to us with Dine with an Imagineer. I usually call for these type of reservations.

The very strange and slightly concerning thing is that I booked that date during my 180+10 several months ago. Now it is grey. I'm very concerned they cancelled that date after I booked it and somehow never notified me. If they did, I want to change it to another date.

UPDATE
I called Disney Dining who of course had no idea. The CM could only see what I could, which is that July 25 is not an option. She connected me to Guest Services who had no idea how I could have booked on a date that this is not being offered. At the very least, I was told I should have received a phone call telling me that this dining event had been cancelled (and it was a fluke that I even discovered it! I went to the website to read the description again, and on a whim decided to check if there was still availablity for the date I booked!). The CM there placed a call to a planning office. They are not in the rest of today. I am supposed to expect a call back before the end of the week. I am pretty upset. I had planned this as a surprise for my DD...very, very sad, but if I am not able to get it booked for another day, at least she has no knowledge that I had even planned it for her.
