Special dietary requirements

Hi all
We are heading off the day after tomorrow !

My mam has Crohn's disease and can't eat a lot of foods. She normally just chooses something very plain from the menus / buffets but I'm wondering is there another menu available anywhere for those with special requirements and it's just not advertised?

If anyone has any input I'd really appreciate it as my poor ol mam seems to always just make do with what's on offer rather than relaxand enjoy her meals.

If eating at Table Service Restaurants, ask to speak to the Chef, they are very good about Special Diets. At Counter Service, ask to see the ingredients Book and also speak to the Chef

Thank you Johnjo, I wasn't aware this service even existed! I think this is the way to go
