Special Dessert @ Cape May Clam Bake

Has anyone pre-ordered a specialty dessert while having dinner here?

I'm thinking of something like the Tuxedo Strawberries or a Happiest Celebration specific dessert?

If so, who did you call at the Beach Club/Cape May to set this up?
